Sign up for online account access and you’ll receive:

  • 24/7 access to your accounts
  • Access to documents such as statements or tax slips
  • View your entire household’s accounts (opt-in only, see bottom of this page for details)

Once your account has been opened at IPC Securities Corporation, you’ll receive a new account number – they are 6 characters (will begin with 4J). You’ll find this number on your next IPC Securities statement, or your advisor can provide it to you upon request.

Call the technical help desk at 1-855-844-0172 with your new IPC Securities Corporation account number ready. It only takes a moment - Our support staff will create your account and issue a username and temporary password.

From there, you can log in via any IPC member website by clicking on the green “Client Login” button, then choosing “IPC Securities Corporation” on the next screen.


Upon first logging in, you will be asked by the online system for part of your SIN number as verification. It is recommended to have that information nearby.

Access your entire Household: At IPC we make keeping your personal information safe a priority. To use this feature all members of the household who wish to participate must opt-in via a household merge request form provided by your advisor.

Upon first calling the number provided above, simply ask our customer service representative to household your accounts. They will ask you to provide them with the names and account numbers of all participants. It’s that simple!
